Liquidity providers lock USDC into 1, 5, or 20-day fixed-term positions and earn guaranteed annualized yields — longer commitments earn higher rates, exactly as a yield curve would predict. The protocol uses a DCF model to price each term's yield, creating an interest rate term structure modeled on fixed-income principles where yield increases with duration.
